GENERALITIES
- These rules are developed on the basis of the current Bulgarian legislation.
- The hotel administration may terminate the provision of services to guests who violate the rules and do not comply with the hotel policy.
RULES OF CHECK-IN, STAY AND DEPARTURE OF THE HOTEL
- Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is required to present a personal document for registration.
- Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00.
- Early check-in (before 14:00) and late check-out (after 12:00) are subject to availability and are paid according to the hotel's rates.
- Early check-in before 10:00 and late check-out after 18:00, 100% of the night's stay will be charged.
- Reservations are kept until 24:00 on the day of arrival.
- Guests must observe a decent manner of dress on the territory of the hotel (sports or elegant clothing).
- It is forbidden to enter the restaurant and common areas with flip-flops, bathrobes, swimsuits and in poor appearance.
- Guests must observe silence between 14:00 — 16:00 and after 22:30.
MOUNTAIN RELAXATION & VITALITY CENTER
On the territory of the Relax Center:
- It is not allowed:
- The entrance with shoes.
- The importation of food and drink.
- The use of glass objects.
- The entry of guests under the influence of alcohol/narcotic substances.
- Making noise and speaking out loud.
- Unaccompanied children under 14 years of age are not allowed.
- Guests must comply with the rules of use of the facilities.
- In case of violation, the responsible employee has the right to remove the guest.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
- The hotel is equipped with a permanent video surveillance system in the common areas.
- By using the services of the hotel, you agree to video surveillance and compliance with internal security rules.
OPENING HOURS OF RESTAURANTS, LOBBY BAR AND RELAXATION CENTER
- Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. — 10:00 a.m.
- Dinner: 19:00 — 21:30
- “A la carte” menu: after 11:30 a.m., orders until 22:00.
- Room service: 10:00 — 20:00
- Lobby bar: 8:00 — 24:00
- Relax Center: 10:00 — 20:00
- Alcohol is not served to guests under 18 years of age.
CLEANING OF ROOMS
- Rooms are cleaned daily from 08:30 to 17:00.
- At the “Do Not Disturb” sign, please contact the front desk.
INTERNET
- On the territory of the hotel there is free high-speed wireless Internet.
KEY-CARDS
- Electronic cards are used to access the rooms.
- Please leave your cards at the front desk when leaving the hotel.
TECHNICAL BREAKDOWNS
- For repair of damage, notify the reception.
OTHER SERVICES
- The reception offers assistance for:
- Order a taxi.
- Medical assistance.
- Information about spa therapies, additional services and events.
PARKING LOTS
- The hotel has:
- Free outdoor parking spaces.
- Paid indoor parking.
- Parking spaces cannot be reserved.
- The hotel is not responsible for damage to cars in the outdoor parking lot.
PETS
- Small pets are allowed at an extra cost.
ELEVATOR
- Unaccompanied children under 12 years of age are not allowed.
- Do not use the elevator in case of fire.
BEHAVIOUR
- Guests should behave culturally and not disturb the personal peace of others.
- The hotel reserves the right to sanction guests in the event of:
- Damage to property.
- Indecent behavior.
- It is forbidden:
- Smoking inside the hotel.
- Making noise after 10:30 p.m.
- The handover of the key card to outsiders.
- Bringing food and drinks to the restaurant and relaxation center.
FIRE SAFETY
- The hotel is equipped with:
- Fire alarm system.
- Smoke detectors.
- Evacuation plans on each floor.
- In case of fire, notify the reception immediately.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Bringing food and drinks into the rooms is not allowed.
- Forgotten items are kept for 1 month. Return costs are at the expense of the owner.
CONSEQUENCES IN CASE OF VIOLATION OF THE HOTEL POLICY
- In case of violation, the management can cancel the reservation without refund.
