Adapted work environment

On 29.11.2024, company MURGAVETS CHARLOPOV HOTELS LTD.signed Grant Agreement № BG05SFPR002-1.004-1380-C01by project ”Providing an adapted working environment in MURGAVETS - SHARLOPOV HOTELS EOOD”.The contract is procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 “Adapted working environment”and is funded by Human Resources Development Programme 2021 — 2027Priority axis 1 Promoting employment and skills development co-financed by the European Union.

The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of jobs in MURGAVETS - SHARLOPOV HOTELS EOODby implementing “green” labour models, in the context of the transition to a green economy and the digital transition. The planned activities of the project are expected to contribute to the improvement of the working environment in the company, which is a key element for achieving sustainable working conditions for all workers and providing an environment that meets the specific leisure needs of workers and at the same time positively influences the work efficiency of the enterprise, which also contributes to smart, sustainable and inclusive growth.

The project envisages the implementation of the following three activities:

• Adapting to green working models — by providing an improved working environment linked to the implementation of green working models in support of the transition to a green and resource-neutral economy.
• Providing psychological support — prevention and prevention of “burnout” in the workplace and “effects of the COVID pandemic on mental health.
• D3: Provision of social benefits for workers - a room for rest and a room for sports,

Total value of the project: BGN 101 406.58, of which BGN 86 195.59 is European and BGN 15 210.99 is national funding.
